The Constitutional Rights and Responsibilities Section is a forum for attorneys in all practice areas interested in issues relating to constitutional law. One of the section's goals is to increase public awareness of the Constitution. The section, with more than 150 members, sponsors CLE programs and services; provides members with a substantive newsletter; and helps mold the association's legislative agenda for presentation to the N.C. General Assembly.
